The process to enrol
We welcome all enrolments to our kura! Feel free to pop in and we will take great pleasure in showing you around our amazing school grounds and introduce you to 'our people'.
If you would like a copy of our enrolment forms, either email Lisa (in the office) or we can give them to you if you call in. We are more than happy to fill these in along side you, if you wish.
FAQ's about enrolment
Does my child get vists before starting as a five year old?
Absolutely. Some need one or two visits while others need five. Each of our Akonga (students) have different needs.
What are Ka Ora Ka Ako? (Healthy School Lunches)
These are lunches that are provided by the government and they are delicious. Your child will have a lovely lunch every day - that you don't have to make or pay for!
They will just have to bring a water bottle and a brain snack for morning tea. Brain snacks should be nutritious and healthy like fruit or crackers. Pleasew refrain from sending your child to school with luches that are sugary and pre packaged. The School Lunches are optional so please let us know if your child would like to opt out.
What will I need to budget for stationery costs?
Stationery is paid for through school fundraising events.
Is there a school uniform?
No. Your child needs to wear appropriate clothing and footwear to run around and learn.
